Yes, the Polti Vaporella Quick & Slide and the Polti Vaporella Quick & Comfort work with tap water. Filling the tank is extremely easy thanks to the small pitcher provided.

The Polti Vaporella Quick & Slide and the Polti Vaporella Quick & Comfort both feature a spray function. Push the special button and a small pump sprays water in front of the tip of the iron, making the damp fabric easier to iron. The spray is helpful when there are stubborn creases.

The Polti Vaporella Quick & Slide and the Polti Vaporella Quick & Comfort feature a steam jet. Push the special button and a powerful jet is emitted that helps smooth out any creases and is perfect for vertical steaming.

The amount of steam can be adjusted directly on the Polti Vaporella Quick & Slide and the Polti Vaporella Quick & Comfort irons. You can adjust the amount of steam using the special lever and the steam will automatically be released from the iron.

The Polti Vaporella Quick & Slide and Polti Vaporella Quick & Comfort come with a Self-Clean limescale cleaning system. Select this function and the soleplate will self clean, thereby preventing any limescale build-up. We recommend regularly running the cleaning cycle (for the procedure, please consult the instruction manual).

The Polti Vaporella Quick & Slide and the Polti Vaporella Quick & Comfort have an automatic shut-down function in 3 positions for the utmost safety in the event the iron is left on the ironing board. The automatic shut-down is triggered after 8 minutes of inactivity when the iron is in the vertical position and after 1 minute when it is horizontal or on its side.
